TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Responsible Pet Ownership Month Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by PRIDE+GROOM ("Sponsor"). Participating prize providers include Pumpkin Wellness Club, Brutus Broth, Sit Stay Stella and Small Door Veterinary (collectively with Sponsor, the "Participating Brands").

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who own at least one eligible cat or dog.

Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of Sponsor or any Participating Brand, and individuals living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by submitting a valid email address through the official Giveaway entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

As part of the entry process, entrants will be presented with a clear disclosure regarding marketing communications and the sharing of their email address with the Participating Brands. Entrants must affirmatively consent to such marketing communications and data sharing through the Giveaway entry form.

5. Marketing Communications and Data Sharing

As clearly disclosed on the Giveaway entry form, participants who affirmatively consent agree to receive marketing communications from the following Participating Brands:

Pumpkin Wellness Club
Brutus Broth
Sit Stay Stella
Small Door Veterinary

By providing affirmative consent through the Giveaway entry form, participants acknowledge and agree that their email address will be shared with each Participating Brand for its own marketing purposes.

Each Participating Brand will be independently responsible for its use of entrant information and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing and email communication laws.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications from any Participating Brand at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in that brand's communications.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will also be subject to Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

• A $100 PRIDE+GROOM gift card
• One (1) year of the Premium Tier of the Pumpkin Wellness Club for one (1) eligible pet, either a cat or dog
• A Brutus Broth $100 gift card or product bundle
• A Sit Stay Stella remote training package
• One (1) year of Small Door Veterinary membership

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the complete prize package: $800+.

Specific prize components may be subject to the individual Participating Brand's terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, availability, service area restrictions and expiration policies.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor or a Participating Brand may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and the Participating Brands to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, notice or approval.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Participating Brands, Instagram, Meta and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such limitation or release is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Instagram/Meta Disclaimer

By entering, each participant acknowledges that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta and releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable federal, state or local laws that cannot be waived.
