WATCHINGTHESUNSET

Even though summer is coming to an end there are still lots of warm days (and nights ahead). Take advantage while you still can. There is nothing better than an end of day stroll with your furry best friend. Give your eyes a break from your computer and go watch the sunset in your favorite spot. We know you have one. We are New Yorkers so here are some of ours:

THE WEST SIDE HIGHWAY IN NYC
There is no bad spot to watch the sunset but if you want to see Lady Liberty, we suggest Pier 46, 45 or 25.

CONEY ISLAND
Sorry you can't ride the iconic ferris wheel with your 4 legged friend but you CAN take a magical photo of it. Stroll the boardwalk or beach for the best view.

DOMINO PARK, BROOKLYN
One of the best things about watching the sunset from Brooklyn is that you get the NYC skyline in the background. Grab a blanket and some food from Tacocino. You will not regret it.

DUMBO PARK, BROOKLYN
The only thing better than the above is that you get to throw in the Brooklyn Bridge. #NuffSaid.

LOUSE POINT, LONG ISLAND
If you are lucky enough to head out to the eastern tip of Long Island do not miss the sunset at Louse Point. Your pooch can wade in the shallow water while you take a time lapse of the most beautiful sunset ever. You may even get lucky and have a sail point pass through you frame.

CROTON POINT PARK, CROTON-ON-HUDSON
Want to be one with nature? Head up the Hudson and hang out in Croton.
